I cover all types of hearing including trials, application hearings, case management conferences, pre trial reviews and any other interim hearings in the High Court, First Tier Tribunal and County Court.
I have helped thousands of clients on their direct access cases since 2012. We offer a fixed fee for each hearing which includes a conference call on the hearing and a skeleton argument to prepare for the hearing.
You are then free to consider the fixed fee quote for the work. We do not charge hourly rates or per phone call/ letter.
